WebGUI
The interface looked quike good and there seemed to be heaps of modules and styles available. Couldn't actually find anywere on the website were they said what it was written in. Licenced under the GPL though so the source is available.
Looks pretty mature and is in wide use.
Has lots of features such as shortened urls
Commercial support.
The websites that I looked at that were running it looked good and are quite varied in stye suggesting that that there is a lot of customistation ability.
Have downloaded it — it's written in perl.
It took a little while to install, mainly due to issues involved with setting up perl and then learning how apache uses perl. The interface seems quite sophisticated and there are a lot of options as far as templates, styles, content types and types of users. Having some issues with user account creation, logging in and deactiviating the initial Admin account that is activated when you first install webgui. It is definietley one that is worth looking further. It seems to be under active development is up to version 4.7. The version I have installed is 4.6.9. One thing I have noticed is that the webgui pages load slower than the pages from drupal and apc-aa which are the 2 php CMS that I have running.
