Using MD5 Encryption

If you use MD5 encryption your password can be any length and can contain any character. You can therefore use phrases rather than words as your password which will make it that much harder to crack. For example a password could be:
Change me now!!!
or ideally a phrase that doesn't contain only words from a dictionary and is more personal.
