On the front page of the Zope Management Interface at the top right there is an Add with a drop down menu button next to it. Slect Plone Site from the drop down menu and click on the Add button. Fill in the details of your site and then click on Add Plone Site. This takes a little bit of time but then eventually your plone site will appear in the righthand frame. To delete a plone site click on Root Folder at the top of the left frame. A list of the contents of this folder will then appear in the right frame. Select the check box of the Plone site that you want to delete and then click on the Delete button.
